• Project Managing/Engineering –  Develop design documents to establish budget and plans for construction. Lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety engineers through the construction process.
• Construction Administration – Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and change orders to ensure that detailed project deliverables are consistent with client guidelines and project objectives.
• HVAC System Design – Provide engineered documents for chilled water/boiler/steam plants, direct expansion equipment, evaporative equipment, fans and pumps.
• Plumbing System Design – Provide engineered documents for sanitary waste, storm, natural gas, domestic hot and cold water, grey water reclamation, and grease waste systems.           
• LEED (Leadership through Environmental Energy Design) certification 
• Controls – Provide control diagrams and control sequences to establish operation of building systems.
• Specifications – Prepare specifications outlining product, methods of construction, instillation guidelines, and quality assurance to support contract documents.
